EP Engineering collaborates with Skin Pharm to help with national expansion

Manhattan, NY EP Engineering has commenced its collaboration with Skin Pharm, a modern beauty brand known for its in-clinic aesthetic treatments and at-home skincare products, as the company expands to multiple locations across the United States. To date, EP Engineering, in partnership with Mark Vetter Architecture, has supported the fit-out of six Skin Pharm clinics across Florida, Massachusetts, Missouri, Texas, and Virginia, working within a variety of building types to accommodate the brand’s rapid growth.

As Skin Pharm continues its growth, EP Engineering has played a critical role in ensuring each new space meets the brand’s functional, aesthetic, and operational goals.

The team worked closely with building owners and base-building engineering teams to understand existing systems and identify opportunities for seamless integration.

A key component of this partnership has been EP Engineering’s ability to help control construction costs. By modifying the original tenant fit-out plans to better align with Skin Pharm’s objectives and the realities of each building, the team delivered high-quality engineering solutions while maintaining budget efficiency.

To support the architectural vision for Skin Pharm’s modern, refined clinics, EP Engineering also designed low-profile ductwork wherever possible, contributing to clean lines and an elevated interior experience.

EP Engineering looks forward to continued collaboration as Skin Pharm brings its innovative, dermatologist-developed treatments and products to new communities across the country.
