Empire Commercial, Design Space Studios and BX2 Architecture wrap-up KidStrong project

East Rochester, NY Empire Commercial Construction completed the contract for KidStrong. Empire partnered with local franchisee B2R, LLC, as well as Design Space Studios and BX2 Architecture for design of the 4,000 s/f buildout for the existing undeveloped tenant space in the Wegmans Country Club Plaza, located at Fairport (31F) and Marsh Rds.

“Empire is proud to help bring this leader in child development and youth fitness to, not only the Rochester market, but New York overall,” said Empire president, Josh Myers. “KidStrong will be an excellent draw for Country Club Plaza and a wonderful community amenity for East Rochester and families with young children.”

The over 4,000 s/f build-out consisted of two separate partitioned activity spaces with associated mats and viewing areas, two private bathrooms, private office, storage, and vestibule, per franchise brand standards.
