Ellicott Development’s 301 Ohio St. mixed-use project under construction

Buffalo, NY 301 Ohio St. is one of many current projects that Ellicott Development, a real estate management and development company with 40 years of experience in Upstate N.Y. and Western Pennsylvania, is working on completing. This project is set for completion in spring of 2016. Plans for this building will be supplemental to the surrounding businesses and entertainment destinations.

The building at 301 Ohio is a 5-story, mixed-use property and totals at 52,000 s/f of all new construction. The building itself will be given a modern industrial design featuring concrete paneling and corten-weathered steel cladding. Twenty-one apartment units with will be built on the upper three floors. These residences will exist in one and two-bedroom configurations, and range from 878 to 1400 s/ft.

Units will feature modern interiors with balconies offering views of the Buffalo River and Lake Erie.

Commercial space on the second floor will hold accommodations for up to 10,000 s/f. The building’s first floor and outdoor surroundings will  have two restaurants and an outdoor recreational area featuring an outdoor lounge, boat access and a sand volleyball court. On-site parking will be created for all tenants, guests, and restaurant goers.

Across the street from the project at 301 Ohio, is 300 Ohio St., another Ellicott Development current project. This building will be a 4-story office building right next to River Fest Park. Upon completion, 300 Ohio St. will be able to accommodate up to 120,000 s/f of office space.

Some of Ellicott Development’s other current projects include mixed use buildings at 500 Pearl St., 905 Elmwood, 1 Delaware Rd., and 1350 Eggert Rd., all located in Buffalo.
