(BMAR). What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2012? : I was able to settle a case for a client who had gone from one attorney to the next trying to get her equitable distribution from a divorce that was finalized 15 years ago. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : As the new executive director for BMAR, I predict that I will make my rounds to meet the players in commercial real estate and they will help me make a positive impact on the commercial real estate industry. I also predict that 2013 will prepare me to make a better prediction for 2014. What are your resolutions for 2013? : To finish writing a few books and a screen play I started a few years ago, lose 20 pounds and start running again, spend more quality time with my family and develop a strategic plan to further advance the mission of BMAR.
