Edwards and Martin of Sahn Ward Braff Koblenz assist client in sale of 10 industrial buildings

 

 

Uniondale, NY Wayne Edwards, partner, and Eugene Martin, senior counsel, both of Sahn Ward Braff Koblenz PLLC, represented affiliates of Ben Elias Industries Corp. in connection with the sale of 10 industrial buildings in Inwood, Nassau County, totaling 500,000 s/f near John F. Kennedy International Airport to a private investment firm.

Edwards and Martin guided the seller in closing the transaction on August 22, 2023 — less than 90 days from the execution of the purchase and sale agreement.
