Eastern Consolidated retained as the exclusive leasing agent for 80 Lafayette Street

Eastern Consolidated has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for 80 Lafayette St., a prime Tribeca retail property located between White and Franklin Sts. This space offers tenants 4,000 s/f of ground-floor retail space and 100 ft. of frontage on Lafayette Street. The property is at the base of an 18-story New York University dorm, which houses 1,200 students. All uses and divisions for the space will be considered. Centrally located in a heavily-trafficked retail area, 80 Lafayette St. is surrounded by tenants including Starbucks, Aqua Studio, Cross Fit 212, K&M Camera, Landmarc, Billy's Bakery, Arome Cafe and Nha, among others. "80 Lafayette St. is a prime retail property that is suited for nearly any type of tenant," said James Famularo, senior director of the retail leasing division for Eastern Consolidated, who exclusively represents the property. "Located two blocks away from Canal St., which presents some of the heaviest foot traffic in New York City, this type of opportunity doesn't come around often." This property is easily accessible via the N, Q, and R subway lines from the Canal Street subway station.
