Eastern Consolidated adds Papanastasiou as an associate director

Eastern Consolidated, one of the leading investment sales brokerages, has added Evan Papanastasiou as an associate director. He specializes in the sales and acquisition of all commercial property types in New York City with a special emphasis on Brooklyn. Most recently, Papanastasiou was a partner at North East Real Estate Group. While there, he pioneered the revitalization of Boston's Financial District as a residential neighborhood, starting with the acquisition, due diligence and repositioning of the FiDi Luxury Lofts and managing over 50 exclusive landlord listings annually. He is also a founding member of the Boston Collegiate Consulting Group, where he worked as the Director of the Real Estate Division, serving the housing needs of 150 international families. "Evan Papanastasiou's background in real estate and ability to see potential in every asset makes him a great addition to the Eastern team," said Daun Paris, President of Eastern Consolidated. "We welcome his energy and enthusiasm and look forward to his continued success." Papanastasiou is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and sits on the board of directors of the Boston-based Just Cure Paralysis Foundation. He is a graduate of Suffolk University with a degree in Marketing.
