Dwyer appointed comm'l. sales specialist for Roohan

Julie Natale-Dwyer has been named commercial sales specialist for Roohan Realty. Dwyer is looking forward to using her talents and business expertise in leading Roohan Realty's Commercial Services Division. She is not only an experienced real estate agent and local community businesswoman, but she is a native to the area. For over 15 years, Dwyer and her husband Thomas, owned and operated E. O'Dwyer's Pub on Spring St. She also owned the clothing store Boulder East on Broadway. Total sales volume for the Roohan Realty Commercial Services group more than doubled last year over the previous year. In 2008, commercial sales rose by 118% to $21.5 million as compared with $9.9 million in 2007. In addition, the overall number of commercial sales transactions increased by more than 50%. Roohan Realty has been serving the community's residential and commercial property needs since 1969 and is celebrating its 40th anniversary.
