Dutton of Exit Realty Landmark brokers 1,400 s/f lease to the CBLDF
Exit Realty Landmark has brokered a lease agreement between the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund (CBLDF) and the landlord of 255 West 36th St., in the building known as the "Miller Building." The space comprises 1,400 s/f of office space in a full-service building owned by the Srour family. The office will serve as CBLDF's N.Y. headquarters.
