Dutton of Exit Realty Landmark brokers 1,400 s/f lease to the CBLDF

Exit Realty Landmark has brokered a lease agreement between the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund (CBLDF) and the landlord of 255 West 36th St., in the building known as the "Miller Building." The space comprises 1,400 s/f of office space in a full-service building owned by the Srour family. The office will serve as CBLDF's N.Y. headquarters. Senior commercial agent William Dutton from Exit Realty Landmark brokered the five-year lease. CBLDF will have amenities such as full-service freight elevators that accept palette jacks, new passenger elevators, and a well-designed space with multiple private offices, storage areas, and a large conference room.
