Duke joins CBRE Retail as vice president

According to CB Richard Ellis, Tom Duke has joined the New York Tri-State Region's retail group as a vice president. Duke will focus on leasing and development, primarily on the agency side, through the city. Duke was previously senior managing director of local real estate firm LANSCO. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
