Manhattan, NY Nickerson, a global full-service branding, marketing, PR and communications agency, has welcomed Magnolia (Maggie) Dow-Moore as associate director of real estate, PR and communications. In this new role, Dow-Moore will be integral in helping lead and manage Nickerson’s real estate accounts, driving strategic communications and positioning for the companies’ diverse portfolios of properties.
Before joining Nickerson, Dow-Moore served as the director of communications at McDermott Ventures LLC, where she developed communications strategies for senior leadership across multiple industries.
She has also cultivated strong relationships with media publications, industry organizations, and key stakeholders to position clients as thought leaders in their fields.
With over a decade of experience in the communications field, Dow-Moore brings a wealth of expertise to the team. Throughout her career, she has developed strategic communications plans for brands and senior leadership across various sectors, including real estate, life sciences, non-profits, law firms, and more. She has worked with notable clients, such as The Chiofaro Company’s International Place, Related Beal’s Channelside development, The Innovation and Design Building in Boston’s Seaport, and King Street’s Biomanufacturing Campus in Devens. Her background in public relations, community relations, government relations, and crisis communications will be an asset in advancing Nickerson’s existing real estate communications efforts and enhancing the company’s visibility in the marketplace.

Dow-Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in English, Film and Television Studies from the University of Vermont. She has built a strong network of relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders at both the local and national levels, including as a member of both NAIOP’s Developing Leaders group and the Programming and Education Committee. Dow-Moore currently lives on the South Shore with her wife and daughter. She is an avid runner, completing her first Boston Marathon in 2019 with the next on the horizon. Throughout the seasons, Dow-Moore and her family frequent New England’s northern most regions to enjoy camping and snowboarding.
