I oversee high-profile projects, including our co-development with DeMatteis Orgs. - Azure, the Upper East Side's 128-unit new luxury residential development that is now 60% sold. Plans for the future are to continue the momentum at this development that offers large three and four-bed homes and to continue to oversee our high-quality products.
