Besen & Associates arranged the sale of five buildings in the borough including 2160 Anthony Ave., 2538 Valentine Ave., 3335 Decatur Ave., 2243 Cambreleng Ave. and 208 West Fordham Rd. The sales were completed in four separate transactions for $16.265 million by Amit Doshi, Lynda Blumberg and Joseph Friedman at Besen.
2160 Anthony Ave. is a 45,320 s/f 6-story elevator building containing 38 apartments, 136 rooms and 5 stores in the Fordham Heights section. The sale price was $5.85 million.
