Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 10,000 s/f lease for Midnight Lick Inc. at 87 Richardson St. in the Williamsburg section according to the firm's co-president, Neil Dolgin. KDA broker Grant Dolgin represented the tenant and the owner in the deal.
