Dolgin of Kalmon Dolgin arranges 10,000 s/f lease to Midnight Lick; Represented both tenant and landlord

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 10,000 s/f lease for Midnight Lick Inc. at 87 Richardson St. in the Williamsburg section according to the firm's co-president, Neil Dolgin. KDA broker Grant Dolgin represented the tenant and the owner in the deal. Midnight Lick plans to occupy 10,000 s/f of the 40,000 s/f, four-story building. This new space marks an expansion for Midnight Lick, which now has six locations.
