Djurkovic Investment Properties sells 147-54 Ash Ave. for $2.5 million

Queens, NY Djurkovic Investment Properties has completed the $2.5 million sale of 147-54 Ash Ave., a corner development site located in Flushing.

Djurkovic Investment Properties worked on behalf of the seller, Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Queens. Jennifer Djurkovic teamed up with Douglas Elliman Commercial division’s broker Suiv Lee to complete the sale to the buyer Foxwood Development Corp.

The assemblage, located at the northwest corner contains more than 150 ft. of wraparound frontage along the south side of Ash Ave. and depth of 75 ft. along the 149th St. offering a total site area of 13,750 s/f.

The property is within close proximity to major attractions and amenities, including Citi Field, USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens Zoo, Queens Museum, Long Island Railroad, JFK and Laguardia airports  and hospitals, schools, dining and shopping. It is located in close proximity to the 1/2/3 Train, half a mile to 4/5/6 , 7 Train. A/C/E  subway lines, providing direct access to Midtown and the rest of Manhattan.

Djurkovic said, “147-54 Ash Ave. is a rare development opportunity with tremendous potential. It’s location within one of Flushing’s most desirable neighborhoods  and offers developers the  opportunity to create a stand-out religious center.”
