Djurkovic Investment Properties worked on behalf of the seller, Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Queens. Jennifer Djurkovic teamed up with Douglas Elliman commercial division’s broker Suiv Lee to complete the sale to the buyer Foxwood Development Corp.
