DiMarco Group's Fishers Landing welcomes EWBC

Fishers Landing, a DiMarco Group property, welcomed Elizabeth Wende Breast Care (EWBC) to the plaza, located on Route 96. Community leaders, cancer advocates and representatives from The DiMarco Group joined a ribbon-cutting event welcoming EWBC to Victor. Victor Town Supervisor Jack Marren, as well as representatives from the American Cancer Society and the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester, joined Dr. Stamatia Destounis on behalf of the EWBC practice to christen the new 2,500 s/f facility. DiMarco Constructors, part of the DiMarco Group family of companies, has been engaged in recent renovations to create an updated Fishers Landing property, easily accessible from Route 96 — just down the road from both I-490 and the Thruway. The EWBC space was originally built as a post office, which has been converted into the state-of-the-art medical office building by the DiMarco team. The Fishers Landing Plaza has also been growing steadily, adding new tenants such as Doodle Bugs! day care. A range of products and services are available from current Fishers Landing tenants, including Monroe Muffler, the Bow Wow Salon, Liberty Mutual and Sherwin Williams. "To see this property go from delivering mail to potentially saving lives is really amazing," said Paul Colucci, VP for The DiMarco Group. "Bringing Elizabeth Wende Breast Care to Victor is a great accomplishment, and we're happy to be a part of the team that made it happen. They're going to be a wonderful addition to Fishers Landing. "

For the past several years, the New York City multifamily housing market has been defined by disruption. The combined impact of the HSTPA rent laws and a sharply higher interest rate environment has fundamentally reduced
