DiMarco Constructors awarded contract to build 10,000 s/f Webster Family Medicine facility in Penfield

Penfield, NY DiMarco Constructors, a full-service general contractor and construction management company, has been awarded the construction contract for Webster Family Medicine. A project of UR Medicine Primary Care, its construction is underway at BayTowne, 1900 Empire Blvd.

The project is expected to be completed in late November. DiMarco Constructors is the project construction manager and general contractor.

The facility will be 10,000 s/f, housing Webster Family Medicine’s office and a patient collection station for lab tests. The facility will include 17 exam rooms and treatment space. It will be the newest addition to the BayTowne campus. 

“We are very excited about what this project is bringing to the area,” said William Wayne, project executive at DiMarco Constructors. “It’s a great addition to BayTowne, the DiMarco properties in general, and overall medical care in Penfield and Webster.”
