Sherwood Corporate Center has leased 21,450 s/f of warehouse and distribution space to Chembio Diagnostic Systems, Inc., which develops, manufactures, markets and licenses point-of-care diagnostic tests. Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc.'s Richard Diller, associate broker and the director of its commercial division, along with Michael Schneider, licensed real sales agent, represented Chembio Diagnostic. Agent Lorraine O'Hara of Sperry Van Ness/Reality Three Advisors, LLC represented the landlord and its managing directors Todd Mendik and Charles Lefkowitz.
