DiFiglia of CBRE|Buffalo handles 2,222 s/f lease at Deercreek Plaza
Jim DiFiglia of CBRE|Buffalo was the exclusive representative for White's Martial Arts Academy's new location search. White's Martial Arts will be occupying 2,222 s/f in the Deercreek Plaza located at 9570 Transit Rd. Bob White wanted to expand his martial arts studio into the Amherst/Williamsville/Clarence corridor.
Deercreek Plaza is a Zaepfel Development property and is the home of Salon Salon, Tim Horton Donuts, and the future home of Hive Health Spa & Fitness Center. Zaepfel represented the ownership of the property, Transit/Deercreek, LLC, and handled the lease negotiations on their behalf.
White's Martial Arts Academy opened for business on September 8.
