DiBella named an associate at Pliskin Realty & Development

Pliskin Realty & Development, a New York metropolitan area retail real estate brokerage, property management and investment firm, has appointed Michael DiBella as an associate. He will concentrate on both property sales and leasing assignments, representing both property owners and tenants. He brings to the role extensive sales experience, as well as direct retail experience as an owner/manager of multiple food and beverage enterprises. Directly prior to joining Pliskin, DiBella served as the East Coast Client Relationship Manager for Supply Logic, Inc. with responsibility for managing relationships representing over $4.5 million in annual revenues. His achievements, while with Supply Logic, included developing a new healthcare division increasing profitability by 4%. DiBella's professional background also includes his roles as healthcare account director with Standard Register Inc., where he increased territory revenue and profit over four-fold to over $2 million earning him 100% + Club Member status for excellent sales to quota performance. Additionally, he served as a sales consultant/manager with Redi-Mail Direct Marketing (Fairfield, N.J.), as an account representative with Uarco, Inc./Standard Register Inc. (Melville) and Sales Representative with Paychex, Inc. (Hauppauge). He is a former owner/manager of Bella Food Enterprises, Inc. and a beverage business. In addition to his New York State Real Estate License, DiBella holds an A.A.S. associate's degree in Banking, Real Estate and Insurance from Nassau Community College (Garden City). He resides in Bellmore.
