Diaz and Abramson of Buchbinder & Warren broker 1,750 s/f lease

 

 

Manhattan, NY Buchbinder and Warren Realty Group LLC arranged a 1,750 s/f lease to Art2o Lifestyle Café at 180 Ninth Ave. (formerly FIKA.)

The space contains 1,000 s/f of retail space with a 750 s/f basement  .  

Elba Diaz of Buchbinder and Warren represented the tenant and William Abramson, also of Buchbinder and Warren, represented the landlord.             

All of the food offered at Art2o is organic with choices for all kinds of dietary restrictions and also a great vegan selection and healthy and delicious snacks. Desserts with raw honey, organic fruits and sustainably made with raw chocolate from Ecuador and Colombia (where tenant is originally from). The store will also offer Colombian coffee brought directly from their farms. Everything is made from scratch. 

Their proprietary spring water is sold with art on the bottles.  They will also be promoting emerging artists with the brand and have sponsored many Art and fashion events like the NY fashion week and Art Basel Miami.
