IREM Greater N.Y. Chapter president James Hayden had an unusual honor at a recent chapter monthly luncheon.
He had the distinct honor of a dual swearing in. Andrew DiSchino earned both the Certified Property Manager and the Accredited Commercial Manager designation - at the same time! Hayden said, "Andrew is to be complimented on his dedication, determination and sheer will to have spent the time required to receive two IREM designations simultaneously.
