Densen of Island Associates leases 1,500 s/f at Dolphin Plaza to Co-Space Inc.

Miami Gardens, FL Lawrence Densen of Island Associates negotiated a 10-year lease agreement with Co-Space Inc, for 1,500 s/f at 17237 NW 27th Ave – Dolphin Plaza.

Co-Space is where coworking meets content creation with a side of community. The space will enable Co-Space to fuel small businesses, their services include: space for remote work, creative growth, coworking space, collaboration, and consulting services.

The new space helps Co-Space expand their business offering with small business owners, side-hustlers, nonprofit leaders, and full-time creators by providing flexible space, open desks, podcast and meeting rooms as well as space and tools for content creation.
