Delisle of Island Associates closes $2.275 million sale in Bohemia
Island Associates has brokered the sale of former Tower Diner located at the entrance to McArthur Airport at 4180 Veterans Memorial Hwy.
The site consists of .79 acres with a 5,500 s/f building. The site is located at a traffic light with parking for 55 cars.
Roger Delisle represented the seller, Seville Forum Diner, Inc. and the purchaser, 4180 Bohemia LLC in this transaction.
The purchase price of $2.275 million.
