Island Associates has brokered the sale of former Tower Diner located at the entrance to McArthur Airport at 4180 Veterans Memorial Hwy. The site consists of .79 acres with a 5,500 s/f building. The site is located at a traffic light with parking for 55 cars. Roger Delisle represented the seller, Seville Forum Diner, Inc. and the purchaser, 4180 Bohemia LLC in this transaction. The purchase price of $2.275 million.
