Delisle and Monahan of Island Assocs. negotiate long-term lease extension for Golden River Asian Cuisine at Strathmore Commons

Middle Island, NY Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated a long-term extension for Golden River Asian Cuisine at Strathmore Commons, 1245 Middle Country Rd.

The 3,180 s/f table service and take-out restaurant has been operating for 20 years at this location. The tenant has entered into a long-term lease agreement to continue their family tradition of operating the restaurant and serving the Middle Island community.

Strathmore Commons is a 140,000 s/f center with a newly opened Meat Farms Supermarket, NYU Grossman, McDonalds, Golds Gym, Dollar Tree, All Island Pets, and a variety of other tenants.
