Leesburg, FL Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated a lease extension of 1,440 s/f to Seafood Shack Restaurant at Lake Harris Square - 27405 U.S. Hwy. 27.
The 9.8+ acre site is a grocery anchored shopping center improved with a 61,220 s/f building which is 100% occupied.
The former Winn Dixie was converted to an Aldi Supermarket ,which is now open and operating.
The owners performed façade renovations this past year to better position the property for future growth.
The plaza is anchored by Aldi Supermarket, and other tenants include Beef O’Brady, Brooklyn’s Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant, Subway, as well as various other local businesses.
