Delavale of Breslin Realty handles 2,400 s/f lease

Sayville, NY Breslin Realty has signed a long-term lease with GoHealth Urgent Care at Sayville Plaza. GoHealth will be occupying 2,400 s/f of a newly constructed pad in the shopping center located at the northwest corner of Sunrise Hwy. (NY-27) and Johnson Ave.

GoHealth is a walk-in medical clinic that treats non-life threatening injuries and illnesses, as well as emergencies. They currently have 23 locations across Long Island, in addition to locations in metropolitan New York, San Francisco Bay, Hartford, Portland and Vancouver, with plans to expand in multiple markets.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Realty.

Additional retail at Sayville Plaza includes: Kmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Office Max, Babies R Us, Modell’s Sporting Goods, Old Navy, Pier 1 Imports, The Vitamin Shoppe, Chase Bank, Sprint, Panera Bread, and coming soon: Chipotle.
