Delavale of Breslin Realty arranges 2,212 s/f lease to AAA in Farmingdale

Farmingdale, NY Breslin Realty has signed a long-term lease with the Automobile Club of America (AAA) at 915 Broadhollow Rd. AAA will be occupying 2,212 s/f in the Republic Plaza shopping center. The space was formerly occupied by GameStop.
 
AAA is a non-profit member service organization that provides automobile services to its members, including roadside assistance, driving schools, loans & banking, and more. There are over 5.6 million AAA members throughout the United States & Canada.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Org.
 
Additional Republic Plaza retail includes Walmart, Chili's Grill & Bar, Panera Bread, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Houlihan's, Bank of America, and coming soon: The Halal Guys.
 
There is currently 2,500 s/f still available at Republic Plaza.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
