Delavale and MacDougall of Breslin arrange 2,688 s/f lease
Islandia, NY According to Breslin Realty, a grand opening was held for PK Wine & Liquors.
PK Wine & Liquors is occupying 2,668 s/f of the Expressway Plaza Shopping Center, which is located at 3701 Expressway Drive North, at Exit 58 of the Long Island Expressway.
They join Starbucks, and a soon-to-open Verizon Store in the newly developed center.
The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale and Richard MacDougall of the Breslin Organization.
