What are your predictions for commercial real estate in the new decade?
"The next decade will mark the continuation of valuable services and membership growth in the Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors (BMAR). Current and new members benefit by networking with the active members throughout the New York metropolitan region. Companies do not need an office in Manhattan or the Bronx to be active members. Licensed real estate brokers and agents can access Realtors VOW (Virtual Office Website) and IDX (Internet Data Exchange). Realtor.com is a global website and family of 1.3 million Realtors.
