Winoker Realty Company Inc. represented DNT Enterprises in the $2.9 million purchase of a 5,000 s/f office co-op, part of the third floor, at 134 West 29th St., in Midtown. Â
DNT Enterprises, a manufacturer representative for commercial air-conditioning units, is relocating from 60 East 42nd St..
Winoker Realty director Jonata Dayan, who heads the firm's office condominium sales division, and Adam Ben-Dayan, associate, represented DNT Enterprises.
