Winoker Realty Company Inc. represented DNT Enterprises in the $2.9 million purchase of a 5,000 s/f office co-op, part of the third floor, at 134 West 29th St., in Midtown.   DNT Enterprises, a manufacturer representative for commercial air-conditioning units, is relocating from 60 East 42nd St.. Winoker Realty director Jonata Dayan, who heads the firm's office condominium sales division, and Adam Ben-Dayan, associate, represented DNT Enterprises. "The company recognized the many benefits of owning vs. renting," Dayan said. "DNT Enterprises can now be certain that they will not be denied a lease renewal after investing in renovations to its space." Dan Segal of Newmark Knight Frank and Russell Miller of Brown Harris Stevens represented the owner, PADAM, LLC.   According to Dayan, office condos are popular in a number of markets, but have recently begun to catch on in the area. Inquiries from potential purchasers were rare just a couple of years ago.
