Darouvar of Venture Capital is sole broker in $4 million sale

East Harlem, NY According to Venture Capital Properties, a 10-unit multifamily property at 105 East 122nd St. sold for $4 million.  

The property is a five-story walk-up on 122nd St. between Park and Lexington spanning 10,225 s/f.  The building is 90% free market and is fully occupied.

Kevin Darouvar of Venture Capital represented the seller, Adonis Mallios, as well as the buyer, Maurice Kohan, local real estate investor.

The buyer plans to renovate the free market units and hold the asset long-term.

This is the 4th building that Darouvar has sold for the seller on an exclusive basis in the last 22 months.
