Daniel of RIPCO secures new 3,200 s/f lease for Orangetheory Fitness

Mamaroneck, NY According to RIPCO Real Estate, Lisa Daniel secured retail space for national fitness concept Orangetheory Fitness.

Daniel signed the tenant to a 3,200 s/f, 10-year lease at Brixmor Property Group’s 805 Mamaroneck Ave. The deal represents Daniel’s third Orangetheory transaction in the area and is the sixth transaction in the area for Orangetheory.

Brixmor dealt directly with Orangetheory and Daniel in the transaction.

“This deal accomplishes Orangetheory’s business goal of expanding across Westchester County with a new location on a central, north-south thoroughfare that connects Mamaroneck to neighboring towns,” said Daniel. “Bringing an additional Orangetheory to the heart of Westchester will give residents of Mamaroneck and bordering villages access to a premier personal training and interval fitness concept in their backyard and further extends the trend of boutique fitness studios opening in the region.”
