What your firm does now and its plans for the future? TerraCRG is a commercial brokerage and advisory firm dedicated exclusively to commercial transactions in the Brooklyn market. The company focuses on investment sales, commercial leasing and loan sale advisory. I lead the industrial division of the firm, primarily representing property owners and landlords in the sale and/or leasing of their industrial property. Our team has sold, leased and marketed over 400,000 s/f of industrial space so far this year all throughout the borough.
