Damianos Realty Group acquires 210,000 s/f 100 Motor Parkway in Hauppauge from BM-12 Holding Co.

Hauppauge, NY Damianos Realty Group LLC is the new owner of 100 Motor Pwy., a six-story, 210,000 s/f, class A office building. The seller was BM-12 Holding Company LLC.

John Finn represented the buyer and Seth Berkowitz represented the seller. 

100 Motor Parkway, designed by renowned architects Mojo Stumer Associates and The Baldassano Architectural Group represents the premier office location in the Central Suffolk Office Market. The building has great visibility and direct accessibility off of the LIE and Motor Parkway. Its glass and marble façade, standing 6 stories high, is visible to over 220,000 vehicles daily. 

Building amenities include multiple conference facilities, fitness center, full service café, high-end finishes throughout, on-site property management and security guard, and abundant parking. The building is leased to major tenants Peoples United Bank, First Empire Securities, Wells Fargo, Stewart Title, law firms Farrell Fritz and Certilman Balin, and VHB Engineering.

Damianos Realty Group has engaged James Acunto of Innersite Interior Design, Inc. to modernize the lobbies, hallways, and bathrooms to class A+ standards. 

The company also plans to improve the parking lot, landscaping, signage, roof and mechanical equipment.

This acquisition marks the company’s 9- property in the area, collectively totaling over 500,000 s/f
