Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid brokers four sales and 16 leases includes $850,000 sale in Utica

 

11206 Cosby Manor Road - Utica, NY

Syracuse, NY Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. (C&W|Pyramid) completed the following:

11206 Cosby Manor Rd. in Utica was sold for $850,000. Promise Land Development purchased the 33,772 s/f building on 9.20 acres. Jeff D’Amore and James Furney of C&W|Pyramid represented the seller.

Deli Boy Properties sold a 17,577 s/f warehouse building at 3005 Milton Ave. for $475,000. Chris Savage and Jim Laurenzo of C&W|Pyramid represented the buyer, Nabil Rab.

Smith Properties & Development purchased a 10,243 s/f industrial building on 1.24 acres at 7397 Taft Park Dr., East Syracuse for $500,000. Gary Cottet of C&W|Pyramid represented the buyer.

An employee, Chris Bucklin from the New York Pizzeria, 239 Genesee St. in Chittenango purchased the business for $50,000. Jessica Lavelle from C&W|Pyramid represented the seller.

1810 Lemoyne Avenue - Syracuse, NY

Keystone Automotive, with assistance from Cottet, renegotiated their 33,580 s/f lease of industrial space at 1810 Lemoyne Ave.

127 Falso Drive - Syracuse, NY

Tri-Lift recently leased 17,485 s/f of industrial space located at 127 Falso Dr. Stephen Scuderi from C&W|Pyramid represented the tenant.

604 Factory Avenue - Syracuse, NY

AT&T renegotiated a 13,360 s/f warehouse lease at 604 Factory Ave. Brian Balash, CCIM of C&W|Pyramid with Cushman & Wakefield, Morristown to represented the tenant and Cottet represented the landlord.

Jonathan Dix leased a 10,200 s/f industrial/warehouse building at 4077 New Court Ave. Bill Evertz of C&W|Pyramid represented the landlord.

Puff City recently leased 1,200 s/f of retail space at Fayetteville Commons located at 511 East Genesee St. in Fayetteville. Evertz and Savage represented the landlord.

Evertz and Savage negotiated 1,200 s/f retail lease at 240 E. Seneca St to Mark Bullis. Evertz and  Savage exclusively represented the landlord.

Option Care Enterprises leased 400 s/f of office space at 1000 7th North St in Liverpool. Convergence Solutions leased 800 s/f of office space and Ribarovski Law Firm leased 857 s/f of office space at 101 Old Cove Rd. in Liverpool. Don O’Leary from C&W|Pyramid represented the landlord, Greenwood Cos., in all three lease transactions.

CK Construction leased a 6,615 s/f industrial building at 209 Factory Ave. Cottet represented the tenant, with Savage and Sam Vulcano from C&W|Pyramid representing the landlord.

Silver Fox Adult Day Centers leased 2,200 s/f at 240 West Seneca St. in Manlius for a new Senior Social Club. Dave Carnie of C&W|Pyramid represented the tenant, while Evertz represented the landlord.

In and Out Smoke Shop leased 1,341 s/f and Bar Shaw leased 2,680 s/f at 3000 Erie Blvd East. Savage and Evertz represented the landlord, Erie Place Holdings LLC.

Eva’s Boutique expanded by leasing 956 s/f and That was Random leased 1,350 s/f at 511 East Genesee St. Savage and Evertz represented the landlord in both transactions.

Rampage Strength and Conditioning leased 5,200 s/f at Manlius Mart Plaza, 315 East Fayette St., Manlius. Evertz and Savage represented the landlord.

Broad Street Flea Market leased 10,000 s/f at 500 Elizabeth St. in Utica. Furney represented the landlord.
