Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. retained for leasing/mgmt. of Riverview Center

Menands, NY Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. (C&W|Pyramid) has been appointed receivership, property management, and leasing agent for Riverview Center located at 150 Broadway. Jeffrey D’Amore and Joseph Mahoney will be leading the leasing efforts of Riverview Center. William Colucci of Pyramid’s Syracuse office is the appointed receiver for the property.

This 977,780 s/f, 11-story office building is one of the largest privately owned office buildings in the region. Riverview Center serves as a multi-use facility that was recently rebranded as a modern and professional gathering space. Amenities include an indoor walking track, café, lounge areas, a water fountain, putting green, convenience store and garage and surface lot parking.
