Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage completes 15 deals; including sale 5952 Butternut Drive, East Syracuse

Syracuse, NY Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. completed the following transactions:

The former Bellavia Transportation building located 5952 Butternut Dr., East Syracuse, has been sold. Chris Savage and Bill Evertz from Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. represented the seller in the sale of the 6,680 s/f building to Syracuse Lightscapes.

Cory LaDuke and Patrick Hillery from Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. represented the landlord in the lease of 3,400 s/f of office space at 636 Old Liverpool Rd., Liverpool to Rize Events. Chris Savage of Cushman & Wakefield| Pyramid Brokerage Co. represented the tenant in the transaction.

Savage and Jim Laurenzo from Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. sold 27 acres on Hencle Blvd., Baldwinsville to United Auto Parts for $75,000. Savage and Laurenzo represented the buyer in the transaction.

LaDuke and George Lee from Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. negotiated a lease renewal at 4 Adler Dr., East Syracuse to Project Resource Group. LaDuke and Lee represented the tenant in the transaction.

LaDuke and Don O’Leary from Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. negotiated a 500 s/f office lease at 6443 Ridings Rd. to Synergy IT Solutions. LaDuke represented the landlord and O’Leary represented the tenant in the transaction.

6730 Pickard Drive - Syracuse, NY

Gary Cottet from Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. sold a 10,692 s/f industrial building at 6730 Pickard Dr., Syracuse to Cleghorn Properties LLC. Cottet represented the seller, Kay-R Property Holdings in the transaction. The property sold for $560,000.

6940 Fly Road - East Syracuse, NY

Elaina Pirro from Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. sold a 15,871 s/f industrial building at 6940 Fly Rd., East Syracuse. Pirro represented the buyer, Fly Road Properties LLC in the transaction. The property sold for $615,000.

Bill Evertz and Sam Vulcano from Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. negotiated a lease renewal at 36 Jordan St., Skaneateles to Stifel Nicolaus & Co. Evertz represented the landlord and Vulcano represented the tenant in the transaction.

Pirro sold 40 acres on Velasko Rd to Michael Glover for $130,000.

LaDuke leased 2600 s/f office space at 3125-3175 E. Genesee St. to Liz Yates-Horton. LaDuke represented the landlord in the transaction.

Evertz and Savage leased 3,000 s/f of retail space at 315 Fayette St., Manlius, to Miracle Nails. Evertz and Savage represented the landlord in the transaction.

Evertz and Savage leased 1860 s/f of retail space at 2803 Brewerton Rd., Syracuse, to Liverpool Aquarium. Evertz and Savage represented the landlord in the transaction.

1215 State Fair Blvd - Syracuse, NY

Pirro represented the buyer, 1215 State Fair Blvd LLC, in the sale of the former Brown’s Moving & Storage building located at 1215 State Fair Blvd. The building sold for $650,000. The buyer plans to use the building for wholesale tire and wheel distribution.

LaDuke negotiated a lease renewal at 415 W Fayette St. to CNY Business Review. LaDuke represented the tenant in the transaction.

Jeff D’Amore and James Furney from Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co., leased 6400 s/f office space at 111 Langley Rd. in Rome, to Rome Daily Sentinel. D’Amore and Furney represented the landlord in the transaction.
