• 5727 East Seneca Tpke., Jamesville: The 3,600 s/f office/mixed-use property on two acres was sold for $295,000. Yie Weoi Qi purchased the property from Peter Olson. Michael Kalet of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property and represented the seller.

• 6295 East Molloy Rd.: Citywide Pharmacy leased 8,210 s/f. LaDuke represented the tenant.

• 220 Salina Meadows Pkwy., North Syracuse: USI Insurance Services leased 3,547 s/f. Brian Balash, CCIM and Samuel Vulcano of C&W|Pyramid brokered this lease.

• 10565 Steuben St., Remsen: D’Amore exclusively marketed and brokered the sale for the seller, Industrial Traffic Associates. The 1,880 s/f property was sold with long-term tenant USPS in place for $260,000.
