Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a new long-term, 9,300 s/f lease for Red Door Community at 114 West 26th Street, a 13-story office building. The nonprofit will occupy the entire fourth floor of the property.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Carri Lyon and Jenna Catalon represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Dean Colin Properties LLC and Jal Colin Properties LLC, was represented by Jeff Buslik and David Levy of Adams & Company, along with Michael Beyda and Joel Kubie of Benchmark Properties.
