Cushman & Wakefield arranges 4,000 s/f lease for Haute Living

Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield has secured a long-term lease for Haute Living, encompassing 4,000 s/f, at 88 Madison Avenue. The space is situated within the same building as Seville NoMad, a 348-room luxury boutique hotel redevelopment, in the NoMad neighborhood.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Joanne Podell, Michael Shalom and Teddy Dolan represented the landlord, 88 Madison Hotel Fee Owner, LLC, an affiliate of GFI Capital Resources Group, Inc., in the transaction. Bernstein Real Estate’s David Berger represented Haute Living.

“We are pleased to welcome Haute Living to 88 Madison Avenue, further strengthening the property’s presence in one of Manhattan’s most sought-after neighborhoods,” said Podell. “This lease reflects the continued demand for high-quality retail space in NoMad and reinforces the district’s reputation as a hub for design and luxury brands.”

Since 2007, Haute Living has served as a leading destination for design professionals, exhibiting a selected range of contemporary furnishings, lighting, rugs and decorative objects from established manufacturers, innovative designers and forward-thinking brands. With showrooms in Chicago’s Design District and New York’s Chelsea neighborhood, Haute Living is expanding its reach with a new location on Manhattan’s celebrated “Designer’s Row” at 88 Madison Avenue.

88 Madison Avenue is located in the heart of the NoMad district, within a 5-minute walk from several subway stations, including the 4, 6, N and R lines. The property is also accessible via commuter rail, with PATH stations located nearby.
