Cushman & Wakefield arranges 4,000 s/f lease for Haute Living

Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield has secured a long-term lease for Haute Living, encompassing 4,000 s/f, at 88 Madison Avenue. The space is situated within the same building as Seville NoMad, a 348-room luxury boutique hotel redevelopment, in the NoMad neighborhood.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Joanne Podell, Michael Shalom and Teddy Dolan represented the landlord, 88 Madison Hotel Fee Owner, LLC, an affiliate of GFI Capital Resources Group, Inc., in the transaction. Bernstein Real Estate’s David Berger represented Haute Living.
