Cushman & Wakefield arranges 17,731 s/f lease for Trinity Solar

Plainview, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 17,731 s/f lease for Trinity Solar, Inc. at 137 Commercial St. Cushman & Wakefield’s Robert Kuppersmith, Connor Sullivan, Scott Schubert and Dan Johnsen represented the tenant in the transaction.

137 Commercial St. is a 40,660 s/f research and development building. The 2.3-acre site includes a lower-level parking garage, 17-foot ceiling heights and two loading docks.

The property is located off the Long Island Expwy., near the Seaford Oyster Bay Expwy., Rte. 110 and Old Country Rd.

“We are thrilled to have found a new home for Trinity Solar at 137 Commercial Street,” said Kuppersmith. “The property’s state-of-the-art research and development facilities along with its prime location off the Long Island Expressway perfectly fit Trinity Solar’s needs.
