Curtiss Wright renews lease at 175 Central Ave.
According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Curtiss-Wright Controls Integrated Sensing has renewed their lease at 175 Central Ave.
Curtiss-Wright Controls Integrated Sensing, a subsystem of Curtiss Wright Controls, produces a wide range of sensors and subsystem solutions for aerospace, defense and industrial applications.
The 50,000 s/f building is 100% leased to tenants such as Carrier Enterprises and Chip-Tech. Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. is the exclusive leasing agent for the landlord/developer Anton-Cerrone Associates.
