Centrella and McCoy of NAI Long Island completes $5.5 million sale; Mitsubishi Motors is seller, NorthShore Motors is buyer
NAI Long Island has successfully completed the $5.5 million sale of 920-926 Middle Country Rd.
Al Centrella and Dennis McCoy of NAI Long Island, represented Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America, and Joseph Bellavia & Sons represented the buyer, NorthShore Motors.
The former Mitsubishi Motors and Mazda buildings will now be occupied by North Shore Chevrolet cars and trucks.
